How to apply
You should send your cover letter and CV via our website, indicating the country you wish to apply for. Your CV will be recorded in our in-house databases. Our recruiters will review your CV and you will receive an answer within 3 weeks.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to meet one of our technical recruiters, who will check your technical skills. Should your technical skills meet our requirements, an HR recruiter will then interview you to learn more about you personally and your career plans. This will also be an opportunity for you to find out more about our group, our HR policy, and our organisation.
We offer internships to students from universities and engineering schools during the last year of their graduate program. Students are supervised by a tutor throughout their internship and they may be offered a full time position at the end of the period. You can consult the different internship subjects and offers on “Join us”.
The beginning of a solid relationship
On your arrival at Aeroconseil, you are given a personalised welcome, including mentoring, an integration session and meetings with your manager. Throughout the year you will have many opportunities to get to know people and build relationships: team meetings, a sporting and cultural internal event, technical presentations, your annual interview, etc. And lastly, your immediate supervisor is there to guide and support you in your job, to help you become fully effective and autonomous.
